Communities across Central Florida
Short notes on the markets I work most—enough to orient you, not a brochure. Ask if you want a deeper read on a specific street or subdivision.
Orlando
The hub of Central Florida—neighborhoods from Winter Park–adjacent streets to Lake Nona and beyond. Strong job centers, varied price points, and easy access to everything else on this list.
Windermere
Quiet residential living near the Butler Chain of Lakes. Think established streets, larger lots in many pockets, and a short drive into west Orlando without the tourist-corridor pace.
Celebration
Disney’s planned town with a walkable downtown, parks, and a consistent architectural feel. Popular with buyers who want community amenities and a village rhythm near the theme parks.
Kissimmee
Osceola County’s core—mix of longtime neighborhoods, resort-area homes, and solid value relative to closer-in Orlando. Practical for both primary residences and investment interest.
Davenport
Four Corners growth corridor with many newer communities and townhomes. Close to the office here at Florida Realty Marketplace and a common landing spot for relocating buyers.
Clermont
Rolling hills and lakes west of Orlando. A bit more breathing room than the tourist strip, with suburban shopping, trails, and a growing residential base along the SR 50 / US 27 corridor.
Reunion
Master-planned community near Disney with golf, resort amenities, and a mix of primary homes and short-term rental inventory. Worth a clear conversation about HOA rules and use before you buy.
Lakeland
Between Orlando and Tampa—own downtown, lakes, and a lower entry point than many Orange County pockets. Good option when the commute or lifestyle fit matters more than being next to the parks.
